Fees for forming Corporations: 

Creating Articles of Incorporation, filing initial report and Federal Tax ID $200.00

Creating Articles of Incorporation, filing initial report, Federal Tax ID, Bylaws, Minutes and Stock Certiticate $400.00 

Fees for forming LLC's:

Administrative projects will vary. I can do as needed projects on a flat rate fee or consistant day to day administrative work with a minimum of 5 hours per week at an hourly rate of $40 hr. Weekend projects are accepted on a flat rate fee.

 Articles of Incorporation processing times could take up to five days depending on the day of the week they are submitted. Articles of Organization could take up to  three days (weekends are not considered business days). Initial reports are initiated when the Articles of Incorporation are approved and the fee is $25 with a 30 day grace period. Past due penalties are $200 and are asses by the Secretary of State. I can assist with New Mexico Tax & Rev to aquire GRT.
